Q. How much will my installation cost? A. Our customers typically see quotes range from $175 to $475. Q. Why is the range of pricing so broad? A. Installation costs are determined by distance from the installer, time of year (installers often charge slightly more around Christmas), and the number of installation companies in a given area (i.e. Competition). Q. I just received my pool table.....now what? A. Fill out the installation quote form and we’ll email you a quote. If you would like to proceed with the installation, simply make payment for the service and we’ll put you in contact with your installer. Q. When will my pool table be installed? A. Installation times can vary (especially around holidays). The average job is completed 2-5 business days after the installer has been assigned. Q. How long does an installation typically take? A. 2-4 hours. Q. What if it becomes unlevel? A. The vast majority of our installers will make free return trips for re-leveling up to 2 weeks after the installation has been completed. Note: most re-leveling trips are made necessary because customers TRIED TO MOVE the table after it was installed. Once it’s installed, please don’t attempt to move it. Q. Can I get an evening or weekend installation appointment? A. Approximately 75% of our installers do offer evening or weekend appointments. You will have to call the installer directly to discuss scheduling. Q. Am I expected to tip the installer(s)? A. No. Tipping is not expected. However some customers tip the installers if the service they receive was exceptionally friendly and/or the installers spend a long time on the job. Q. What if I decide to move? A. Submit a service ticket and we will use our extensive shipping relationships to get a quote together. Make sure you include a phone number because we will definitely need to discuss the details.Tip: To save money, many customers disassemble the pool table themselves using standard household tools and then simply contact us for the re-installation at their new address. Q. Who should I call to reschedule an appointment? A. Call the number provided to you in the “installer assigned” email. Q. What if I'm unsatisfied with the quality of work? A. Let the installer know what still needs to be done and they should address your concerns. If you are still unsatisfied, do not sign the installation ticket. |
